Credit Advice Undergraduate Prizes

Congratulations! We are pleased to inform you that your prize includes a monetary award. This letter
contains information about how these funds will be issued to you.

Direct Deposit

If you have already enrolled in direct deposit via TigerHub, the amount of this prize will be transmitted
to your bank account within 2-3 business days after you’ve received your prize certificate. Please note
that depending on the processing time for your particular financial institution, these funds may take an
additional 1-2 business days to become available in your account. To avoid delays we encourage
students to keep their bank account open until payment is received.

If you do not see the funds deposited in your bank account after three business days, contact the
Financial Service Center at 609-258-3080, or email [email protected], and a representative will
work with you to resolve the issue.

Checks

If you have not enrolled in direct deposit, a check will be mailed to the permanent address on file with
the University.

We encourage students who will be leaving the U.S. to deposit or cash their prize check prior to leaving
the U.S.

If your check does not arrive at your permanent address within 7 business days, contact the Financial
Service Center at 609-258-3080, or email [email protected], and a representative will work with
you to resolve the issue.
